The official website for Global, Macmillan’s new multimedia English learning course, is full of useful resources for modern teachers, including elessons, videos, teaching tips and international blogs. Global is an interactive course designed for adult learners interested in engaging with the English language in an authentic, often unscripted, way. Besides offering digital supplementary material for the course, the site allows teachers and administrators to preview the content of the print portion before committing to a purchase. Global is supported by a crew of award-winning ELT authors, including Lindsay Clandfield who has just announced an exciting new blog series that will take him to English classrooms and teaching conferences around the globe.

Wow. What a honour. Thanks very much TEFL net – we will certainly put your logo on the site. The Global project has been very exciting and really pushes out the boundaries on many things, all the web and digital stuff being one very important strand so it’s so nice to see that recognised.
